North Lancashire based nursing home group Hillcroft is marking its 30th anniversary by celebrating their employees, acknowledging their hard work and dedication throughout the years, and during the recent challenging times in particular.
Hillcroft, who have nursing and residential homes based in Carnforth, Lancaster, Caton, Galgate, Morecambe and Slyne, with each home specialising in unique care needs including dementia, behavioural support, elderly care, and end of life.
The celebrations for the 30 year anniversary have included, bingo, afternoon tea for residents and event ‘pimp my wheelchair’ competition bringing smiles to both staff and residents at each of the Hillcroft sites.
At CareHomeLife we wanted to get involved and reward the staff for their loyalty to the care sector especially for the last 18 months during the pandemic. The team received wellbeing gifts of naturally-scented reed diffusers and body wash from British manufacturer of natural products, Heaven Scent. Each gift was accompanied with a thank you card, pen and a copy of our CareHomeLifestyle magazine.
Louise Mattinson, Director of The Hillcroft Group said “Although these times are challenging, we’ve such a lot to be thankful for at Hillcroft and we’re all looking forward to the marking our 30th anniversary together.
