Since the start of the pandemic we’ve been operating a strict, contactless delivery policy, helping to keep care home staff, residents and our drivers safe. This has meant that all deliveries have taken place socially distanced to the outside of all buildings.
Following the government’s recent announcements of the relaxing of lockdown restrictions, and as you are receiving goods and deliveries on a regular basis, we are delighted to offer you the option of deliveries to your location of choice again, making it easier for you to manage the distribution of your consumables, whether this is inside or outside of your care home.
Our updated delivery policy ensures our uniformed drivers are able to offer you more of the personalised service you have come to expect from CareHomeLife, whilst introducing a range of measures to enable us to manage this safely, minimising contact and adhering to government guidelines.

Our drivers deliver to multiple locations every day and have the health and wellbeing of all our care home customers and their residents, as well as that of themselves and their families at heart. We therefore kindly ask that all our care home customers continue to maintain social distancing with our drivers.
Drivers will also operate their own discretion. Should there be a confirmed or suspected case of Covid-19 in a care home, they will refuse to enter to ensure the health and safety of all.
Improving our service to you
We’re now providing delivery notification emails. These itemise the contents of your upcoming delivery, plus detail the time our driver is due to arrive with you. If you’re not currently receiving these notifications and would like to, please contact us.
