We are now weeks into this terrible crisis and understand your care homes are continuing to face unprecedented challenges. The health and safety of your carers and elderly vulnerable residents is our absolute priority. We are therefore working hard, doing all we can to secure the products that you and your care staff need as quickly as we can.
Despite continued supplier price increases, we are holding our prices for you across the majority of our range. We will continue to do this wherever we can.
The exceptions are where our usual sources of supply have been restricted and we have secured alternative, yet more expensive stock.
We hope you agree this is the right thing to do. Ensuring your care homes have access to the products you need when you need them is an ongoing challenge right now, yet we believe this is our ongoing responsibility as we continue to fight this battle together.
Please be assured we are doing all we can to keep our prices as low as we can. This is in line with one of our shared company values, Integrity, always.
We are pleased to have secured some new personal protection products which can be seen by clicking here. These items are available to order now, though are subject to availability, and we will continue to update you and update our website as we secure new PPE.
